Refund Policy

​If, for any reason, you are not able to attend the tfy Session or are unsatisfied with the tfy Session, or are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

 

The following terms are applicable for any services or products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. 

 

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

 

• You means the individual accessing, using or purchasing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service as applicable.

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Kleos Wellness (OPC) Private Limited, New Delhi, India

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to there for you, accessible from www.thereforyou.xyz

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

• Orders mean a request by You to book a service from us or purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy

tfy Session Order: You are entitled to cancel Your Session Order up until 7 days before the session. You can choose to reschedule the tfy Session or get a refund for the tfy Session. Contact the tfy Team through the contact form on the website for the purpose of rescheduling or refund for the tfy Session you do not want to attend.

 

From the 7 days leading up to 24 hours before the tfy Session, you can only reschedule the tfy Session through the contact form on the website. 

 

24 hours before the tfy Session you can not get a refund or reschedule the tfy Session.

 

In case you miss your tfy Session you wouldn’t be eligible for a refund or a reschedule. You will have to book a new tfy Session. 

 

In case a tfy Session is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be duly informed by email before the tfy Session and given the option to get a refund or an option to reschedule to another session.

 

tfy Product Order: You are entitled to cancel Your Order up till 48 hours after the order is placed on the website. After which you cannot cancel your order. 

 

Products can be exchanged but not returned after they are dispatched. 

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision through the contact form on the website.

 

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the intimation of cancellations of Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
