Cancellation Policy

Please note: 1. You can reschedule your tfy Session for upto 3 hours before the session start time. 2. Upto 3 hours before the tfy Session, you can contact the tfy Team to reschedule your tfy Session with the same or another tfy Partner (depending on the availability of tfy Sessions - the tfy Team will let you know of the schedule if required). 3. You would be allowed to join the tfy Session for up to 10 minutes after the tfy Session start time, after which you will be denied entry and will not be able to reschedule the tfy Session (i.e. you will have to book a new tfy Session and no refund will be given). No exceptions will be made. 4. We are there for you and want to help you gain the maximum benefit from each tfy Session. 5. Please remember that one session is never enough. Therapy is a marathon not a sprint. Do not hesitate to invest in your mental health and emotional wellbeing.
